Nature and eco-living volunteering in France
Eco-volontaire is a French platform, and we have selected a few nature projects in our home country, run by local associations or specialised organisations that we have vetted for their ethics and their real impact on biodiversity. France is easy to reach by train from the UK and the rest of Europe, for a low-carbon trip.
What you can do:
– Learn sustainable living through an immersive course at an eco-centre in the heart of the Cévennes.
– Explore the geology and biodiversity of the Baronnies Provençales on a stay combining citizen science, palaeontology and relaxation.
Who it’s for: adults; [âge minimum pour les Cévennes]. No scientific background is needed.
Languages: French, English. The palaeontology stay in Provence is run in French.
