- In a few lines, what did your international volunteering experience bring you?
The ecovolunteering project in Australia has above all enabled me to discover a new culture that is very different from our own, as well as many parts of Australia. Volunteering made me realize that many associations need volunteers, as some projects require a lot of time and effort. It also enabled me to meet a lot of people and gain a new perspective on volunteering.
- What were your best memories?
My best memories were probably of my first week camping in the forest, as well as at the reserve in Cairns, where I was in contact with the animals every day.

I found it very rewarding to work with animals, and Australian animals in particular; it was a first for me.
I gained confidence in my English, and found a stable environment at the animal welfare center ideal for my arrival in Australia.

The cuddles with the animals, the moments shared with the rest of the team, and the beautiful scenery seen in and around Port Douglas.
